While it may not be our gift or even a great desire, we sometimes have the opportunity to preach before the entire congregation.  And if you're like me, when I get that opportunity I want to make sure that it's pretty good.  Otherwise, the members might be thinking, "He had 4 months and this is the best he could come up with?"
